Sitting on the picturesque Brodick Bay, with great views of Goat Fell, the highest point on Arran, you will find plenty to do in and around Brodick. It has a number of shops, hotels, restaurants, activities for all the family and it is also close to the beautiful Brodick Castle and Arran Heritage Museum.

There is a direct ferry service from Ardrossan to Brodick, and every year, usually on the first saturday in August, this bustling little village is home to the world famous Brodick Highland Games.

Tossing the caber, massed pipes and drums, tasty local venison burgers, single malt to try, men in kilts, field athletics, fun for the kids - it can only be a highland games! The Brodick Highland Games usually take place on the 1st Saturday or every August.
